Previously some employees have reported errors. To access COVIDNavigator, employees must enter the app via this secure link only ( ) and should not download or use the COVIDNavigator mobile app. If your card is not activated, you will not be permitted to enter campus.

COVID VACCINATION CARD VERIFICATION

The COVIDNavigator app allows employees to confidentially upload and provide the college with verification of their testing and vaccination status. Please be aware that it will take 24 hours before your vaccination status has been processed and your card will be activated. We recommend that you keep a copy of any documents you submit. Complete your MedProctor profile by entering your personal information.

When you click on the MedProctor link, you’ll be taken to your Single Sign-on page to log in to your Office 365 account if you aren’t already logged in.

Once you’ve confirmed your enrollment to Columbia you will have access to MedProctor.

Please note: Once Columbia has received documentation that you are fully vaccinated, it will take 5 business days to update your record and for your Campus Card to become active. You are welcome to upload a copy of your vaccination card to your MedProctor account if you wish. Please retain your vaccination record card for your records. Students who test, vaccinate, and/or boost on-campus do not need to upload evidence as the college already has these records.
